In section 35(1) (interpretation) of the Rivers (Prevention of Pollution) (Scotland) Act 1951—
(a)
the definition of “sewerage authority” is repealed, and
(b)
in the definition of “stream”, in paragraph (b), for “a sewerage authority” substitute “
Scottish Water
”
.
