Food Safety Act 1990 (c. 16)

19 In section 56(1) (water supply: Scotland) of the Food Safety Act 1990—

(a) for the words from “a water” to “1980)” substitute “Scottish Water”,

(b) for “that Act” substitute “the Water (Scotland) Act 1980”.
