Water (Fluoridation) Act 1985 (c. 63)

15 In section 5(1) (interpretation) of the Water (Fluoridation) Act 1985—

(a) in the definition of “statutory water undertaker”, for “a water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”, and

(b) the definition of “water authority” is repealed.
