(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “A water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”,

(ii) for “they supply or propose” substitute “it supplies or proposes”,

(iii) for “their” substitute “its”,

(iv) for “them” substitute “it”,

(v) for “The authority” substitute “Scottish Water”,

(b) in subsection (2), for “the authority” in each place where the expression occurs substitute “Scottish Water”,

(c) in subsection (5)—
