23 S In section 29 (applications of enactments by order)—

(a) in subsection (1), the words “13 or” are repealed,

(b) in subsection (2), for “any water authority” substitute “ Scottish Water ”,

(c) in subsection (3), for “the authority concerned” substitute “ Scottish Water ”.
