SCHEDULE 6 Modifications of Water (Scotland) Act 1980

11 In section 13A (supply of water for use outwith Scotland)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “A water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”,

(ii) for “they are” substitute “it is”,

(iii) for “them” in both places where it occurs substitute “it”,

(iv) for “their” substitute “its”,

(v) for “they think” substitute “it thinks”,

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) for “a water authority” substitute “Scottish Water”,

(ii) the words “either within or outwith their limits of supply” are repealed,

(iii) for “them” substitute “it”.
