SCHEDULE 5 Modifications of Sewerage (Scotland) Act 1968

13 In section 9 (loan of temporary sanitary conveniences), for—

(a) “the sewerage authority concerned”, and

(b) in the proviso, “the sewerage authority”,

substitute “Scottish Water”.
