Part 3The Scottish Information Commissioner <Substitution ChangeId="key-05c49e32a225d549905eb60f72279775-1526034442138" CommentaryRef="key-05c49e32a225d549905eb60f72279775">Laying and publication of reports</Substitution>461The Commissioner must lay annually before the Parliament a general report on the exercise during the reporting year
of the functions conferred on that officer under this Act.1AEach report must be so laid within 7 months after the end of the reporting year.1BIn this section, “reporting year” means the year beginning on 1 April.2The report mentioned in subsection (1)
(without prejudice to the generality of that subsection) must record the number of occasions, during the period covered by the report, on which the Commissioner failed to reach a decision on an application under section 47(1)
