Information is exempt information if its disclosure by a Scottish public authority (otherwise than under this Act)—
(a)is prohibited by or under an enactment;
(b)is incompatible with [F1 an [F2assimilated]] obligation; or
(c)would constitute, or be punishable as, a contempt of court.
