Any fundable body within the meaning of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 6) F2and any college of further education which is assigned to such a fundable body by order made under section 7C(1) of that Act.

Sub-paragraph (1) does not include the Open University (so far as it is a fundable body).
