In Schedule 1 to the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (c. 36) (children’s panels and Children’s Panel Advisory Committees)—
a
in paragraph 9, the words from “to recruit” to the end become sub-paragraph (a) and after that sub-paragraph there is added—
; and
b
to train members, or possible members, of the Children’s Panel Advisory Committees (or of any sub-committees of any of those committees).

in paragraph 10(b), the words “panel members or potential panel members” become head (i) and after that head there is added—
; and
ii
members or potential members of Children’s Panel Advisory Committees (or of any sub-committees of any of those committees).
