PART 4 S TRANSFERRED LIFE PRISONERS

51 S The Scottish Ministers shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant date, refer the case of an existing transferred life prisoner to the High Court of Justiciary for a hearing under paragraph 59 below.
