          </Number><Title> EXISTING LIFE PRISONERS</Title><P1 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2001/7/schedule/paragraph/20" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2001/7/schedule/paragraph/20" RestrictStartDate="2001-08-10" id="schedule-paragraph-20"><Pnumber PuncAfter="">20</Pnumber><P1para><Text>Section 2 of the 1993 Act as amended by this Act shall apply to the existing life prisoner as if the order under paragraph 12 above were an order such as is mentioned in subsection (2) of that section and had been made at the time the existing life prisoner was sentenced.</Text></P1para></P1></Part></ScheduleBody></Schedule></Schedules></Primary></Legislation>
