67Interpretation of Part 3

(1)

In this Part of this Act—

“charging authority” and “charging authorities” have the meanings given by section 49(5) of this Act; and

“operation” includes enforcement (related expressions being construed accordingly).

(2)

Any reference in this Part of this Act to a class of motor vehicles is a reference to a class defined or described, by reference to any characteristics of the motor vehicles or to any other circumstances whatsoever, in regulations made by the Scottish Ministers.
