54Charging schemes: exemptions etc.
(1)
The Scottish Ministers may make regulations requiring charging schemes to contain provision for or in connection with—
(a)
exemptions from charges; or
(b)
the application of reduced rates of charges.
(2)
A road shall not be subject to charges imposed by more than one charging scheme at the same time.
