54 Charging schemes: exemptions etc. S

(1) The Scottish Ministers may make regulations requiring charging schemes to contain provision for or in connection with—

(a) exemptions from charges; or

(b) the application of reduced rates of charges.

(2) [F1 No part of a road shall] be subject to charges imposed by more than one charging scheme at the same time.
