SCHEDULE 6 Freezing orders in respect of property liable to forfeiture

Application for freezing order

1 (1)

A freezing order may be made by the Court of Session on an application in pursuance of a direction given by the Scottish Ministers under section 20 of this Act.

(2)

Any such application may be made on an ex parte application to a judge in chambers.
