4In section 8(7) (savings) of the Land Tenure Reform (Scotland) Act 1974, for “secure tenancy within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987” substitute “ Scottish secure tenancy within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10) ”.
