The Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 is amended as follows.

Sections 1, 12A and 17C are repealed.

In section 21 (publication of rules relating to the housing list and to transfer of tenants)—

in subsection (1), paragraphs (a)(i) and (b) are repealed,

in subsection (2), for the words from “housing” to the end of paragraph (a) substitute

social landlord—
