10 Relationship between Commission and [F1Public Standards Commissioner]S
(1)The [F2Commissioner] shall, subject to subsection (2) below, in carrying out the [F3Commissioner's functions under this Act], comply with any directions given by the Commission.
(2)The Commission shall not, however, direct the [F2Commissioner] as to how [F4the Commissioner] carries out any investigation.
