10 Relationship between Commission and F1Public Standards Commissioner
(1)
The F2Commissioner shall, subject to subsection (2) below, in carrying out the F3Commissioner's functions under this Act, comply with any directions given by the Commission.
(2)
The Commission shall not, however, direct the F2Commissioner as to how F4the Commissioner carries out any investigation.
