38Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 (c.3)
In section 56(3) (interpretation of expressions relating to land in Scotland), for paragraph (b) substitute—
b
“rights of ownership” means the rights—
i
of an owner; or
ii
of a tenant under a lease;
