34SParagraph 33(1) and (5)(a) of this schedule, and the provisions of schedule 13 to this Act in so far as relating to Schedule 1.1(a)(iii) and (iv) to the Prescription and Limitation (Scotland) Act 1973, shall not affect the application of section 6 of that Act to any obligation falling due on or before the appointed day.
