30A Notification of change of address S

(1) A withdrawer must notify the Public Guardian—

(a) of any change in the withdrawer's address; and

(b) of any change in the address of the adult.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) must be given within 7 days of the date of the change to which it relates.]
