In section 49 of the National Assistance Act 1948 as it applies to Scotland—
(a)
immediately before “the council" where last occurring there shall be inserted “
or applies for an intervention order or for appointment as a guardian under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 4)
”

(b)
immediately before “in so far as" there shall be inserted “
or his functions under the intervention order or as guardian
”
