SCHEDULE 5 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894 (c. 44)

7 In section 13 of the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894—

(a) after “(b) trustees” there shall be inserted—

“(c) the person entitled to act as the legal representative of any such person”;

(b) “tutors, curators,” shall be repealed.
