16Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980 (c.55)
In group C of Part I of Schedule 1 to the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980 for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted—

persons for the time being subject to guardianship under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 4).
