14Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.46)
In paragraph 9 of Schedule 9A to the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (accounts of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission)—
a
in sub-paragraph (3), the words “a copy of” and “and to the Comptroller and Auditor General” are repealed,
b
after that sub-paragraph insert—
3A
The Scottish Ministers shall send the statement of accounts to the Auditor General for Scotland for auditing.
c
sub-paragraph (4) is repealed.
