SCHEDULE 3 S SCOTTISH COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC AUDIT: FURTHER PROVISIONS

2 S A member of the Commission appointed under section 12(2)(b) holds office until the Parliament is dissolved unless the member previously resigns, ceases to be a member of the Parliament otherwise than by virtue of a dissolution or is removed from office by resolution of the Parliament.
