SCHEDULE 2 S AUDIT SCOTLAND: FURTHER PROVISIONS

3 S A member of Audit Scotland appointed under section 10(2)(c)—

(a) is to be appointed on such terms and conditions as the [F1 Scottish Commission for Public Audit] may determine,

(b) is to hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of the appointment,

(c) may resign as a member by notice in writing given to the [F2 Scottish Commission for Public Audit].
