Where planning permission is subject to a condition that the development to which it relates must start before the end of a specified period (whether by virtue of section 93 or 94 or otherwise), development that starts after the end of that period is not development authorised by the permission.

Where outline planning permission is subject to a condition that an application for approval of each reserved matter must be made before the end of a specified period, an application made after the end of that period is not an application made in accordance with the terms of the permission.
