Cases where planning authorities do not deal with applications made to them
71Power to refuse to consider application made after issue of enforcement notice
A planning authority may refuse to consider an application for planning permission if—
(a)
granting the application would involve granting planning permission for matters specified in an enforcement notice as constituting a breach of planning control, and
(b)
the enforcement notice was issued before the authority received the application.
