50Planning permission for development without complying with previous conditions
(1)
The planning permission that may be granted on an application includes planning permission for the development of land without complying with conditions subject to which a previous planning permission was granted.
(2)
Section 68 makes provision about the determination of applications for planning permission for the development of land without complying with conditions subject to which a previous planning permission was granted.
