397Powers to make provision about forms for applications and appeals

(1)

This section applies to a power under this Act to make provision in regulations or a development order about the form of—

(a)

an application,

(b)

a notice of appeal, or

(c)

any other document to be provided by an applicant or appellant.

(2)

The power includes power to make provision authorising or requiring the use of a form to be published or provided by the Welsh Ministers or another person.

(3)

It does not matter for the purposes of this section how the power is expressed.
