338Effect of blight notice including requirement to purchase unaffected area
(1)
This section applies where a claimant serves a blight notice that includes the claim and requirement mentioned in section 335(2).
(2)
Section 331(2) has effect as if references to the claimant’s interest in the affected area were to the claimant’s interest in the agricultural unit.
(3)
Section 332 does not apply in relation to the blight notice.
