any proceedings relating to an order under section 297 to be taken concurrently with any proceedings relating to the acquisition for planning purposes of the land over which the right of way is to be extinguished;

any proceedings relating to the acquisition of any other land under section 298 to be taken concurrently with either or both of the proceedings referred to in paragraph (a).
