Acquisition and disposal of land by the Welsh Ministers
272Disposal of land acquired under section 271
(1)
The Welsh Ministers may dispose of land they hold that was acquired under section 271.
(2)
They may, in particular, dispose of the land in order to secure its use for any purpose for which they hold it.
(3)
They may dispose of the land to any person, in any way, and subject to any conditions, that they consider appropriate.
