A planning authority must keep a register containing such information relating to notices it receives under section 247(4) (notice of intention to carry out activity in relation to a tree in a conservation area) as is specified in regulations.

The register must be kept in the way specified in regulations.

The register must be available for public inspection free of charge at all reasonable times.
