Tree preservation regulations

238Interests of amenity: factors to be taken into account

Tree preservation regulations may specify factors that must be taken into account in determining whether it is appropriate in the interests of amenity—

(a)

to make provision for the preservation of trees or woodlands under section 234(1), 235(1) or 236(1) or (2), or

(b)

to make an order under section 236(3).
