This section applies where a copy of a maintenance of land notice has been served on every owner and occupier of the land to which the notice relates in accordance with section 214(5).

The validity of the notice may not be questioned, on either of the grounds specified in subsection (2)(a) and (b) of section 215, in any proceedings except an appeal under that section.
