208Power to make prohibition order or protection order

In Schedule 15—

(a)

Part 1 makes provision for the making of prohibition orders where land has been used for carrying out mining operations or depositing mineral waste but the operations or depositing have permanently ceased;

(b)

Part 2 makes provision for the making of protection orders where land has been used for carrying out mining operations or depositing mineral waste but the operations or depositing have been temporarily suspended.
