204CIL regulations: general
CIL regulations may—
(a)
make different provision for different areas;
(b)
apply an enactment, with or without modifications;
(c)
provide (or enable a charging schedule to provide) for exceptions;
(d)
confer (or enable a charging schedule to confer) a discretionary power on the Welsh Ministers, a local authority or another person specified in the regulations.
