CIL regulations may include provision about reviews and appeals in connection with CIL.
(2)
In particular, the regulations may make provision about—
(a)
the period within which a right of review or right of appeal may be exercised,
(b)
the procedure for reviews and appeals, and
(c)
the payment of fees and award of costs.
