Stop notices
148Withdrawal of stop notice
(1)
Where a planning authority has issued a stop notice, it may at any time withdraw the notice.
(2)
Immediately after an authority withdraws a stop notice—
(a)
it must serve notice of the withdrawal on every person who has been served with a copy of the stop notice, and
(b)
if it has displayed a site notice in respect of the stop notice under section 147(6) or (7), it must display a notice of the withdrawal in place of the site notice.
(3)
The withdrawal of a stop notice does not prevent the planning authority issuing another stop notice.
