80Meaning of “fire safety risk” in relation to relevant HMO

In this Act “fire safety risk”, in relation to a relevant HMO, means a risk to the safety of people in or about the relevant HMO arising from—

(a)

the outbreak of fire (whether accidental or deliberate) in any part of the relevant HMO, or

(b)

the spread of fire in, to or from any part of the relevant HMO.
