46Category 2 buildings: residents’ engagement strategies
(1)
The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision in relation to category 2 buildings corresponding or similar to any provision that is made by section 40 or 41 (residents’ engagement strategies), or that could be made by regulations under those sections, in relation to category 1 buildings.
(2)
The regulations may make consequential amendments to any enactment (including this Act).
