18Registers of category 1 buildings and category 2 buildings
(1)
A building safety authority must keep a register of category 1 buildings and category 2 buildings for which it is the building safety authority.
(2)
An entry for a category 1 building or a category 2 building in a register must include—
(a)
the address of the building;
(b)
the category of the building under section 6;
(c)
the height of the building for the purposes of that section;
(d)
the number of storeys in the building for the purposes of that section;
(e)
the name of the principal accountable person for the building (see section 9);
(f)
an address in the United Kingdom at which an enforcing authority may give notices and other documents to the principal accountable person under this Act and regulations made under it;
(g)
the telephone number (if any) and email address (if any) of the principal accountable person;
(h)
any other information, and any documents, specified in regulations made by the Welsh Ministers.
(3)
The Welsh Ministers may by regulations make provision about the publication by a building safety authority of its register or of information or documents included in its register.
