Responsibility of accountable persons for parts of regulated buildings
16Part of regulated building for which accountable person is responsible
(1)
In this Act, references to the part of a regulated building for which an accountable person is responsible have the meaning given by regulations made by the Welsh Ministers.
(2)
The regulations may provide that the part of a regulated building for which an accountable person is responsible is the whole of the building.
