Functions of authorised officers
106Authorised officers: offences
(1)
A person commits an offence if, with intent to deceive, the person impersonates an authorised officer.
(2)
A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
(3)
A person commits an offence if the person intentionally obstructs an authorised officer exercising, or seeking to exercise, any function under this Part.
(4)
A person guilty of an offence under subsection (3) is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
