16Representations(1)

A person may make representations to the OEGW about any matters relating to—

(a)

public authorities’ compliance with environmental law,

(b)

how environmental law is implemented and applied, and

(c)

the effectiveness of environmental law.

(2)

The OEGW must prepare and publish a document that sets out the procedure by which the representations may be made.

(3)

The document must also set out the OEGW’s policy on keeping persons informed about its response to their representations and any action it is taking.
